Quality assurance

One goal of VETNNET is the promotion of veterinary nurse training. We want to support existing qualifications and assist in developing programs in countries where none yet exist. In the past the network has developed a European syllabus, and helped to set up teaching programs in Ireland and Rumania. Our constant focus is on quality assurance. We encourage the mutual recognition of veterinary nurse qualifications across Europe (and beyond Europe) and we actively helped in setting up a European accreditation system for colleges. We feel mutual recognition is important allowing graduates to work throughout the EU without the need to retake exams.
