VETNNET is a European network dedicated to advancing veterinary nurse education through collaboration and shared learning. Recognizing that each European country has its unique approach to training veterinary nurses—ranging from theoretical frameworks to practice-based methodologies, with varying legislative contexts—VETNNET serves as a platform for members to exchange ideas, resources, and best practices. This collaborative environment ensures that, despite differing national systems, veterinary nurses across Europe can achieve a consistent level of competence and professionalism.

To facilitate this exchange, VETNNET organises an annual conference where educators and practitioners convene to discuss innovations in teaching, share educational materials, and explore emerging trends in veterinary nursing.
