Delegate fee includes:
- Vetnnet reception, buffet on Wednesday
- Dinner and party on Thursday evening
- Lectures and workshops on Thursday and Friday
- Tea, coffee and lunches on Thursday and Friday
- Transport by bus from the hotel to the conference venue (return)
Accompanying person fee includes:

- Dinner and party on Thursday evening
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation must always be in writing (vetnnet@outlook.com).
- A minimum of 45 days before the first event day the cancellation will be free of charge.
- Less than 45 days before the first event day the full price is charged.
