Delegate fee includes:

  • Vetnnet reception, buffet on Wednesday
  • Dinner and party on Thursday evening
  • Lectures and workshops on Thursday and Friday
  • Tea, coffee and lunches on Thursday and Friday
  • Transport by bus from the hotel to the conference venue (return)

Accompanying person fee includes:

  • Buffet on Wednesday evening
  • Dinner and party on Thursday evening

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation must always be in writing (vetnnet@outlook.com).
  • A minimum of 45 days before the first event day the cancellation will be free of charge.
  • Less than 45 days before the first event day the full price is charged.
